Aluminum circles packing and loading:
Standard seaworthy export packing – the height of the pallet is 90mm, suitable for unloading with forklift. For 1 x 20FCL can load 27 Tons.
- Spinning quality aluminum circles 1050:
Spin forming always done by hand or CNC machine with wood or metal turning. It is also known as spin forming or spinning or metal turning. For aluminum circles spinning means the circles is rotated at high speed and formed into cookware, like pot or pan, bakeware and etc. If you do spinning, our CC material aluminum circles quality is good for you, because you no need to do the deep pressing.
- Deep drawing quality aluminum circles 1050 (DDQ):
Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process, the aluminum circles will be drawn into a forming die or mould with a press machine. The punch speed is very fast. If you do pressing(DDQ) deeper than 150mm,please use DC material.
