For 1xxx series aluminum are aade of fresh aluminum ingot, Also called pure aluminum. Because the al purity is up to 99%-99.7%. The density is 2.71, 1/3 of that of iron. For alloy 1050 is 99.5%, it belongs to 1xxx aluminum.

5. What’s the different between h14 and h24?  h14 vs h24

H for work-hardened state.  H14 represents: no heat treatment, but only work hardening to give the material a tensile strength intermediate between 0 (annealed) and 8 (hard state), i.e., the mean value; H24 in the H said processing hardening state, H24 said control hardness and other physical properties of the processing process, this is semi-hard state.

6. What’s the Dimensional Tolerancesof aluminum plate 1050 ?

It includes tolerance of thickness, width, length, diagonal line and flatness. If any above aspects exceed the standard value, it will affect the finished products rate and pass rate.
