3003 H14 Aluminum Sheet
3003 aluminum sheet is aluminium-manganese alloy, it is also called anti-rust aluminum plate.Beside alloy 3003, there are also alloy 3004 and 3A21. This alloy is wildly used for roofing sheet. Most Africa customer import color coated aluminum coil from China and the all alloy is 3003.
Features.
① 3003 aluminum alloy with Mn as the main alloying element, which cannot be reinforced by heat treatment.
② good plasticity, good welding performance. But corrosion resistance is slightly stronger than alloy 1050. It belongs to medium strength aluminum alloy.
③There are two way of annealing temperature. One is low temperature annealing which require only temperature 260-360℃, another is high temperature annealing which require at least 370-490℃.
