5 bar aluminum tread plate is also known as aluminum ribbed plate or aluminum diamond plate 5 bars. The surface always have 5 pattern or ribbed and other side have smooth surface. Our factory can produce three different pattern length: Big 5 bar length is 42mm, middle 5 bar length is 36mm, small 5 bar length is only 34mm. The maximum height of the bar can reach 1.2mm.
We always produce two different surface of the Aluminum diamond plate 5 bar. The normal one is mill finish which means that no further treatment after the rolling and the surface is bright. Mainly for anti-skid usage, like refrigeration floor, truck floor, flooring, stairs,ship deck, vehicle step.
