What’s the different between Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet 1050 and Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet 3003?
First of all, from the chemical composition, 1050 aluminum belongs to the pure aluminum, aluminum content can reach 99.5% or more, the other for silicon and other elements. The 3003 skin belongs to the aluminum-manganese alloy, the main alloying element is manganese.
Second, in terms of mechanical properties, 3003 aluminum skin pressure resistance is slightly higher than 1050 aluminum skin.
Third, from the anti-corrosion effect, 3003 aluminum skin because it contains manganese, and manganese has better anti-corrosion performance, so 3003 aluminum corrosion than 1050 aluminum skin effect.
