What’s the different between Aluminum sheet 5083 H111 and Aluminum sheet 5083 H116?
H111 VS H112 VS H116 ?
H116 For products made of 5xxx series alloys with a magnesium content of 4% or more. These products have the required mechanical properties and resistance to spalling and corrosion.
H111, full annealed products that have undergone a moderate amount of work-hardening, but are not reach the hardness of the H11 condition.
H112: Applicable to products that are hot formed. The mechanical properties of products in this condition are required by regulations.

How to Pack and ship the aluminum plate?

In case the quality and/or quantity/weight are found by the Buyer to be not in conformity with the Contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the Buyer may lodge claim with the Seller supported by survey report issue by buyer’s end user. 1.Can you bend 5083 aluminum?
Alloy 5083 is much more stronger than alloy 5052, 5005. But when we produce it with temper H111 or temper O, it can guarantee 90 degree bending without crack. That’s the reason why it is wildly used for producing gas tanks, fuel tanks, water tanks of the truck.
